Buy Direct from Lamplight and Steam Authors

Featured Direct-Sale Authors

A curated directory of romance, gaslamp fantasy, and steampunk authors who sell books directly through their own stores, offering ebooks, paperbacks, audiobooks, and special editions.

Are you looking to support authors by buying books directly from them instead of from the large retailers? To help them keep the greater share of the profits from their work? Thank you! This helps them keep writing those stories you love. What authors sell direct ranges from ebooks to audiobooks to paperbacks (many of which can be personalized and signed). Many offer early access to new releases or sell exclusive content. If you love an author’s work, buying direct is one of the best ways to support their craft.
